1. Acceptance of terms
By using BA Consultant's services or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Services provided
BA Consultant offers visa application assistance, documentation review, appointment booking and related travel services. We are not a government agency and do not issue visas.
3. Client obligations
You agree to provide complete, accurate and authentic information and documents. False or misleading information may result in visa refusal and is the client's responsibility.
4. Fees and payments
Service fees and government charges are payable as quoted. Once an application is submitted, government fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
5. Refund policy
Service fees may be refunded only if work has not commenced. Once consultancy and documentation work has started, fees are non-refundable.
6. Visa approval
BA Consultant does not guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests with the respective embassy or consulate. We commit to maximising your chances through expert preparation.
7. Limitation of liability
BA Consultant's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for visa refusals, embassy delays, travel disruptions or consequential losses.
8. Confidentiality
We handle all client information confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.
10. Changes to terms
BA Consultant may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
